This page explains what information Raavi Collection gathers when you visit or order from us, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to fulfil an order and improve the site — nothing is sold to a third party.
This policy is a working draft, written to reflect our actual current practice, and will be finalized with formal legal review before public launch.
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment details (handled directly by our payment processor — we never store your card number). When you browse, we store a small amount of information locally in your own browser to remember your bag and wishlist between visits; this never leaves your device unless you check out.
Order information is used to fulfil, ship, and support your order, and nothing else. If you write to us, we use your message only to respond to you. If you join our mailing list, we use your email only to send what you signed up for, and never share that list with anyone.
We share the minimum information necessary with the services that make an order possible: our payment processor, to take payment securely, and our shipping carriers, to deliver your order. None of these partners may use your information for their own marketing.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@raavicollection.com and we'll handle it within one business day.
