An order does not leave us the moment it's paid for. It is packed, checked, and dispatched by hand — the same attention that went into the stitching goes into how it travels to you.
Every piece is inspected by hand before it ships — not as a formality, but because a machine cannot yet tell the difference between deliberate irregularity and a mistake, and hand-work always carries a little of the former. Once a piece passes that inspection, it is folded or hung according to its fabric, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and boxed the same day.
Orders placed before 2pm PKT on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after that cutoff, or over a weekend, dispatch the next business day. You'll receive a dispatch notification by email the moment your order leaves us.
